BLUE LAKE VODKA
Blue Lake Vodka begins with a mash of whole barley, barley flour and corn. Distilling on the grain imparts a subtle, soft flavor. This vodka is quadruple distilled to ensure a smooth, clean finish.

Blue Lake Vodka is named for the City of Blue Lake in Humboldt County, located 16 miles from the distillery along the Mad River. This town has deep roots in the lumber history of Humboldt County and is home to The Logger Bar, open since 1889.
LITTLE RIVER GIN
Little River Gin is named after the Little River, a 19.6 mile river whose drainage basin goes straight to the Pacific Ocean between the Mad River and Big Lagoon. You can dip your toes in this river as it drains to the Pacific Ocean at Moonstone Beach in Trinidad, CA.
Little River Gin is a classic, London-style gin. Distilled on the grain from the same mash as our Vodka it takes on it’s character in the fifth distillation when we add our proprietary blend of Northern Italian juniper berries, Moroccan coriander, orris root, California lemon, Chinese licorice root and Indonesian black pepper. This Gin has a subtle sweetness, rich botanical flavor and a warm, gentle finish.

REDWOOD RYE WHISKEY
Redwood Rye is distilled on the grain from a 95% rye mash. It is a classic Rye Whiskey with a caramel sweetness, vanilla undertones and a well-mannered spiciness. Aged over three years in charred New American oak barrels before release it’s sweet, smooth and dangerously easy to sip.

Redwood Rye Whiskey is named for the towering redwoods for which Humboldt County is famous. Redwood National Park is home to the world’s tallest tree, Hyperion, standing at over 380ft.
EUREKA! CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR
Eureka! Chocolate Liqueur is named after the city in which the distillery is located. Eureka is the largest coastal city between San Francisco and Portland, OR and the county seat of Humboldt. The boat featured on our label is the Madaket, the last remaining ship of seven vessels that transported families and workers across Humboldt Bay. She is the oldest passenger carrying vessel in continuous service in the United States and boasts the smallest licensed bar in California.
Eureka! Chocolate Liqueur is a rich, dark chocolate liqueur. A fusion of our Blue Lake Vodka, Humboldt Creamery Milk, and Dick Taylor’s Madagascar Bean-to-Bar Craft Chocolate. With a half a chocolate bar in every bottle this liqueur has the ultimate creaminess and robust flavors of dark chocolate.
